The North Wales Water Authority offers undergraduate and graduate scholarships to make students aware of the potential for a rewarding career in water supply, treatment or distribution and to encourage pursuit of such a career.

The scholarships will be presented annually. However, the Authority reserves the right not to make an award in any year in which an outstanding candidate is not identified. 

The scholarships are available to customers of the Authority and immediate family members of Authority customers who claim the customer's address as their permanent residence. Applicants must be a United States citizen. NWWA board members and employees, as well as members of the North Wales Borough Council and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Applications may be obtained by contacting the Authority or downloading them from the links below. The application deadline is May 1st of each year. Any related documents that are sent separately must also be received by May 1st. After an initial screening by Authority staff to ensure that minimum requirements are satisfied, the Authority’s Board of Directors will make the final selections in June for the fall term.
